At Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, we are committed to the growth of our talent. The Assistant Management Development Program (AMD Program) is designed to train the future Assistant Hotel Managers of our properties. Over 10 months, you will receive specialized training, hands-on experience, and mentoring to prepare you for the role of Junior Assistant Manager.
What does the AMD Program offer you?
✔ Training in leadership and operational management.
✔ Real-world Assistant Management internships for 3 months.
✔ A final placement as Junior Assistant Manager. -
Specific training to help you access new roles within your area, enabling you to develop and apply the knowledge and skills needed for your next challenge.
